Thank you does not seem suffice to express how much I appreciate what you did for me on my pregnancy/birth journey. i was a little unsure at first whether what we were working on was working for me. i now realise how nervous i was for the most part of my pregnancy and if i had not had your love, support and wisdom, I'm not sure I would have had the energy or courage to birth my baby in the way i did. ill never forget our long night together in the storm, all thoes relaxation exercises & breathing techniques and sharing Ava's birth with such a wonderful woman. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Nicole xxx

Birth in pictures.....

A gentle labour at home during a beautiful sunny day. Choosing to labour overnight at home outside! The following day we had a Homebirth Midwife visit to ensure everything was ok and then received at home acupuncture to support the progression of labour

Labouring at hospital - continued walking and sitting, seeking comfort by looking out the window taking showers and using the  toilet to open the hips

Gently birthing Ava with the skilled hand of their Midwife dad hands Ava to mum. Birthing the placenta with a little assistance...
